This is a wonderful ebayer; conscientious and careful and responds rapidly to any inquirey about the product.
It so happens that the original battery that came with the product was worn out and dead. Seller quickly ordered another battery and had it sent — unfortunately it arrived from another seller equally dead and unusable. So I’ve still not been able to use this much needed wheelchair after a month of waiting. I will try to address the second seller now for a workable replacement battery.
